The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) was created to provide a forum for minority professionals in the transportation industry. COMTO’s membership includes individuals, transportation agencies, private sector corporations, Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs), nonprofits, and educational institutions. When you join COMTO, you gain access to an exclusive national network of transportation industry professionals.
COMTO memberships are managed by the National organization. Please be sure to select "Maryland" as your home Chapter when you complete your application. Memberships are valid for one year from the date of registration. Click link below for a full list of membership benefits!
